Her unwavering faith, passion for empowering others, and ability to generate transformative ideas make her a force to be reckoned with in the world of small business.


Wendi Fredregill
On her journey as a mindset coach, leader, and curator of joy, Wendi Fredregill is passionate about helping female entrepreneurs overcome perfectionism, procrastination, and fear. Her strong faith, and idea-generating energy empower those around her to seek more joy in their lives.

Christina Moffatt
Consultant and Growth Strategist
Christina, along with her awesome team, owned her own small business for twelve years. They had the opportunity to serve their product to many celebrities and politicians when visiting Iowa and continued to survive and thrive during Covid. She sold the business in May of 2022.
After owning her own small business for years, Christina has served in roles promoting and growing entrepreneurs, including serving as the Regional Director for Mid Iowa SBDC, Director of Small Business Development for the Greater Des Moines Partnership; she has helped launch a new division of a bank, focusing on women and minority businesses and currently is focusing on customer growth strategy for small to midsize business in a Fortune 500 business in the financial industry.
Christina’s true joy in life is her family. She is partner to Ryan Moffatt, and they have a beautiful 10-year-old son, Evan.
Jamie Langbein
Jamie Langbein (she/her) is an energetic, empathetic, connection craving queer-woman and mama to two wonderful humans. By day, she assists individuals and small businesses develop financial strategies with Financial Architects. A candidate for her CFP, Jamie’s professional journey has led her from chiropractic college to software sales, and finally finding home in finance.
Alongside the professional journey, Jamie has personally navigated coming-out lesbian to a very conservative upbringing, the heart wrenching journey of infertility, setbacks to a triathlete career and finding herself post-divorce. She
thrives on having deep meaningful conversation with friends new and old.
Tallis Strub
Tallis Strub is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, wife, and mom of three. After a career in professional Dancesport, she became the owner of Des Moines Ballroom, a dance studio offering ballroom dance lessons for all ages. She's also the founder of Arise, a group coaching program for women ready to wake up, move their bodies, and discover a new way to praise!
She's a permission giver for believing BIG, and enjoys speaking life into the lives of others through coaching and hosting her podcast When We Arise.
