About My Services

Hey Wendi Coaching provides life coaching services for women over 40 navigating midlife transitions, identity, clarity, and personal growth.

I am a certified coach through Health Coach Institute. I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, or medical professional.

 

Important Disclaimer: Coaching Is Not Therapy

Please read this section carefully:

Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on personal and professional growth, goal-setting, and forward movement. Coaching is NOT a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or other mental health treatment.

 

Coaching is appropriate for:

→ Gaining clarity on goals and direction

→ Identifying and leveraging personal strengths

→ Making decisions and taking action

→ Accountability and support

→ Personal development and growth

Coaching is NOT appropriate for:

→ Diagnosing or treating mental health conditions

→ Processing trauma or abuse

→ Treating depression, anxiety disorders, or other clinical conditions

→ Replacing psychiatric medication or medical treatment

→ Crisis intervention

 

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are currently in therapy or under psychiatric care, please consult with your provider before beginning coaching.

 

Client Responsibilities

As a coaching client, you agree to:

→ Be honest and open in our communications

→ Take responsibility for your own choices and actions

→ Show up prepared for scheduled sessions

→ Communicate proactively if you need to reschedule

→ Understand that results depend on your own effort and commitment

→ Notify me if your circumstances change in ways that affect our work together

 

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled in advance through my online scheduling system. Please book during available time slots.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee at my discretion.

No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session will be forfeited and may be charged the full fee.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. I accept payment through [PAYMENT METHODS - e.g., credit card, Stripe, etc.].

For coaching packages, payment plans may be available. Package terms and payment schedules will be outlined in a separate coaching agreement.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are generally final. However, I want you to feel confident in your investment.

For coaching packages: If after our first session you feel coaching is not right for you, please let me know within 7 days. We'll discuss options, which may include a prorated refund for unused sessions.

 

For single sessions: Single session fees are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with appropriate notice.

 

Confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions is confidential. I will not share your personal information or session content with anyone without your written consent.

Exceptions to confidentiality: I may be required to break confidentiality if:

→ You express intent to harm yourself or others

→ There is suspected abuse of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult

→ Required by law or court order

 

I may use anonymized examples from coaching (with no identifying information) for teaching, writing, or marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials—is the property of Hey Wendi Coaching and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from my content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
